This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for individuals who own a reliable vehicle and are looking for consistent delivery work. Drivers pick up assigned routes from our Elkridge, Maryland hub and complete deliveries within their assigned service area. What You'll Do

• Pick up packages from our Elkridge, MD hub
• Complete an assigned delivery route using your personal vehicle
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and/or commercial locations
• Follow assigned routes and client delivery procedures
• Use a smartphone delivery application to scan and complete deliveries
• Provide accurate proof of delivery when required
• Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delivery issues or exceptions
• Return undeliverable packages according to established procedures
• Maintain professional and courteous service while representing Fish Jr Operations LLC Schedule & Route Information
• Delivery operations run Monday through Saturday
• Routes originate from Elkridge, Maryland
• Service areas may include Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia
• Typical route volume may average approximately 40-60 packages per day, depending on available volume and assigned territory
• Delivery volume and earnings may vary from day to day Contractor Requirements Applicants must:
• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable personal vehicle
• Have a smartphone with an active data plan
• Maintain required automobile insurance appropriate for delivery/courier use
• Be able to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
• Have reliable transportation to and from the Elkridge hub
• Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Be comfortable using GPS/navigation and mobile delivery applications
• Be able to safely handle packages associated with assigned routes Cars, SUVs, minivans, and cargo vans may be considered depending on route availability.

Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on completed delivery activity and assigned route volume. Actual earnings vary based on package volume, route assignment, service area, successful deliveries, and contractor availability. Independent contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, maintenance, taxes, and other business-related expenses. Who We're Looking For Delivery or courier experience is preferred but not required. Experience with companies such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DoorDash, Uber, Veho, Roadie, medical courier services, or other final-mile delivery operations can be beneficial.
