Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience Learn to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate transactions and cash handling Assist with product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Conduct basic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability Practice excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or taking orders remotely Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math enhances your ability to succeed in this role Experience in supervising or leading teams is beneficial but not mandatory; we support growth from within Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail merchandising can be advantageous in understanding store flow and product placement This position emphasizes active learning, teamwork, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
