• Selling parts with technical knowledge and application. (Hydraulics and electrical a plus)
• Keeping an eye out for parts needs and inventory levels.
• Ensure the high customer service and sale with technical parts knowledge.
• Support other coworkers to grow as a team.
• Research and make recommendations on improvements that can lead to revenue generation.
• Work with the different vendors which you are going to be assigned too.
• Support everyday operations through documentation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma and two or more years of trailer parts sales experience.

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in exceptional customer service
• Hands on experience in Sage 100 a plus
• Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of truck and trailer mechanics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to upsell and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent communicator in English ( bonus if speak Spanish speaking.
