Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Hydrovac Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive business growth through proactive outside sales, territory management, and relationship-building within the Denver and Commerce City market. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering customized hydrovac solutions to contractors, utilities, municipalities, and industrial clients. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with B2B or industrial sales experience who thrives in the field and enjoys combining technical knowledge with strategic sales execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow hydrovac services within an assigned territory Prospect new business through cold calling, site visits, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals Sell hydrovac services including potholing, daylighting, trenching, and utility exposure Conduct customer meetings and service presentations to explain capabilities, safety benefits, and project solutions Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and identifying upsell opportunities Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements and follow up to close sales Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure profitable, long-term relationships Coordinate job scopes and scheduling with operations and dispatch teams Track leads, pipeline activity, and territory performance using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) Attend job sites, safety meetings, and customer meetings as needed Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs Qualifications Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales Experience in industrial services, construction, utilities, oil & gas, or technical sales preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Comfortable working in both office and field/job-site environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience Preferred Experience Hydrovac or vacuum truck industry experience Existing relationships within the Denver / Front Range market Experience selling technical or complex services Prior leadership or management experience is a plus Pay & Benefits Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
