What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in a knowledgeable, pressure-free environment Ask the right questions to match customers with the right cannabis products — flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures Accurately process transactions using our POS system (Dutchie) Maintain compliance with all Colorado MED regulations, including ID verification and transaction limits Keep the sales floor and display cases organized, stocked, and clean Stay current on new products, brands, strains, and consumption methods Support inventory counts, product intake, and daily operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For MED Badge required 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred Cannabis product knowledge is a plus; genuine curiosity about the plant is a must Strong communication skills — you can explain terpenes to a first-timer without condescension Reliable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends and evenings 21+ years of age (required by Colorado law) Compensation & Benefits $17.00/hour base pay Tips — our budtenders consistently earn meaningful additional income through tips Health Insurance Paid sick leave Employee discount A real path to advancement — we promote from within Work for a company that's invested in the community: Social Dispensary has donated over $100K to local nonprofits through our Be.
