$21 / hour Job Description Building Technician - Saco, ME Full-Time | Production / Manufacturing M-Fr, $20/hr Are you experienced with spray equipment and take pride in a flawless finish? We're hiring a Door Finishing Technician to join our production team in Saco, Maine. This is a hands-on role in a professional spray booth environment where quality and precision matter.

What You'll Do Prep and inspect doors for finishing (cleaning, sanding, surface prep) Apply paint and stain using spray equipment to meet spec and finish standards Perform touch-ups and rework to ensure consistent, high-quality results Inspect finished products for defects and ensure customer requirements are met Maintain and clean spray guns, tools, and booth equipment Track materials and assist with inventory management Complete production paperwork and support workflow across the team What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience with spray equipment (automotive-style spray guns required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions Team-oriented with good communication skills Reliable and safety-focused Preferred Experience Wood finishing, cabinetry, or door manufacturing Familiarity with coatings, stains, and spray booth operations Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to work in a spray booth environment wearing PPE Why Join Us Full-time, steady work Clean, structured production environment Opportunity to use and grow your finishing skills Team-focused workplace that values quality craftsmanship If you take pride in a smooth, consistent finish and want to be part of a production team that values precision, apply today.
