#TeamBF Looking for RN Hospice in Saco, Maine for ASAP start date.

MaineHealth Home Health and Hospice Shift:

Days | 8:00 AM - 5

PM Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours per week

Weekend Hours:

Every other weekend, On-call rotation overnight, Productivity is 25 visits per week, looking for experienced with admissions

Contract Length:

13 weeks (with possible extension)

Pay Package:

Travelers:

$2,857/week | $71.42/hr (W2/taxed - $29/hr + $1697/wkly per-diem/non-taxed)

Locals:

$2,280/week | $57/hr

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required. Must be able to successfully case manage/self-schedule your patients. Use of in-home infusion pumps. No ventilators. No invasive monitoring. Active Maine State RN license or Compact BLS certification (AHA)

Unit Information:

Patient Ratios:

Case Manage 14-18 patients (based on acuity) with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day. RNs should be able to see 5-6 patients per day or 5-6 units per day. Minimum Productivity is 25 units per week. SOC = 2 units; Recert= 1 unit; DC = 1 unit.

Equipment:

clinician will be assigned an agency laptop and an I phone with case and chargers, mouse, a nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment, and an agency bag. All must be returned upon departure.

Pay:

$50.00 - $57.00 per hour
