Position:

Change ManagerCompensation:

$46 - 53 /hour, depending on experience

Kansas City, MissouriInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Change Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on change management professional who enjoys guiding teams through technology-driven transformation. The role is centered on execution, communication, and user adoption across multiple upcoming rollouts. You'll step into an existing plan, help bring it to life, and provide practical insight that strengthens the overall change approach.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

change management plans for major technology rolloutsDevelop communications for different stakeholder groupsCreate training materials and supporting resourcesHelp drive user adoption of new systems and processesSupport leadership with rollout messagingPartner with internal and external stakeholdersAdvise on change management best practicesSupport organizational readiness during implementation
