Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Management Strategist for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on developing and executingprehensive training and change management strategies within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate willbine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving the adoption of new ideas and aligning cultural transformation priorities to translate business objectives into measurable oues.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training and change management strategies

Effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas

Manage end-to-end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities

Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable oues

Navigate ambiguity and bring structure toplex, evolving business and stakeholder environments

Managepeting priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on key deliverables

Independently lead change management and adoption efforts, influencing stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience developing training and change management strategies
• Bachelor's degree with corporate experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in change management methods (e.g., PROSCI ADKAR)
• Proven track record of driving successful implementation of transformation initiatives with minimal oversight
• Pay range: $59.46 - $69.46 per hour
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
