Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, surface cleaning, and outdoor work when necessary Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to maximize efficiency through effective time management Ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized according to health guidelines while preserving the integrity of household items Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed, including inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability in cleaning surfaces, floors, and outdoor areas with knowledge of various cleaning detergents and equipment Experience in customer service or client communication enhances the ability to meet client expectations effectively Familiarity with housekeeper management tasks such as scheduling or inventory control is advantageous Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably for extended periods Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills in cleaning, sanitation, and customer service come together to create spotless homes that clients love.
