Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain pristine, welcoming homes for our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring every space is spotless, organized, and sanitized to the highest standards. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and friendly customer service will contribute to creating comfortable living environments that clients love. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping across various residential spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively for different surfaces and materials. Conduct floor cleaning and floor care routines to maintain the appearance and safety of all flooring types. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when applicable, including patios or entryways, following outdoor work safety practices. Organize housekeeping supplies and equipment for efficient use during cleaning sessions. Follow all janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold sanitation standards throughout the residence. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, dusting, and sanitation procedures is essential for delivering top-quality service. Experience with cleaning detergents, janitorial supplies, and custodial equipment ensures safe and effective cleaning practices. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or appointments. Physical ability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and feedback. Previous experience in housekeeper management or custodial roles can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Pay:
