Job Description

Content Manager Location:
Westlake, TX (Preferred)
Alternate Locations:
Austin, TX or Lone Tree, CO Work Model:
Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, 1 flexible remote day)
Duration:
12 Month Contract About the Role We are seeking a Content Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will focus on executing change management activities and developing clear, engaging communications that help employees understand organizational changes, why they matter, and how they will be impacted. Key Responsibilities Support change management efforts through stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and organizational readiness activities. Develop and maintain change communications, including: Employee and leadership emails Announcements FAQs Talking points Leader toolkits Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including leaders, people managers, and employees. Partner with change and training teams to align communications with learning initiatives and rollout schedules. Manage communication calendars and help sequence messaging effectively across initiatives. Prepare presentations and communication materials to support leader enablement and organizational cascades. Track communication deliverables and assist with collecting engagement metrics and feedback. Required Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project communications. Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills. Understanding of foundational change management concepts, including organizational impacts, adoption, and resistance management. Experience developing PowerPoint presentations and written communication materials. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or similar frameworks. Experience supporting technology, digital, or business process transformation initiatives.
Additional Details Hybrid schedule:
