- Maintain and manage release calendars and deployment schedules
- Coordinate releases across multiple Agile teams and application portfolios
- Facilitate release planning meetings, readiness reviews, and CAB calls
- Track release milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify and communicate release risks, conflicts, and deployment impacts
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
- Ensure release documentation, implementation plans, rollback plans, and change records are complete
- Confirm production support readiness and deployment execution plans
- Communicate release status, outages, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Lead post-release reviews and drive process improvements
- Help standardize release management governance and best practices across teams

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Release Management, Release Coordination, Project Coordination, PMO, Scrum Master, or Program Management
- Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams, applications, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and software delivery lifecycles
- Experience managing release schedules, deployment activities, and release readiness reviews
- Experience identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Experience supporting change management processes and CAB (Change Advisory Board) activities
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience supporting production deployments and release governance
