About the Role As a Strategic Planning Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide organizational decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in forecasting and data visualization to optimize resource allocation and enhance overall business performance. Responsibilities Evaluate market trends and internal data to provide strategic recommendations that support long-term business objectives. Partner with diverse departments to design and execute high-impact planning strategies. Develop comprehensive analytical reports and executive presentations to translate technical findings into clear business narratives. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining planning workflows. Utilize ERP and MRP systems to maintain accurate production schedules and resource alignment. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Demonstrated experience in analytical planning, forecasting, or business operations. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Strong aptitude for complex problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Skills Direct experience working within ERP and MRP software environments. Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of budgeting cycles and financial modeling techniques.
