This role supports and improves cross-functional processes and data integration across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Inventory Management, Logistics, and Materials Planning. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Applications teams, this individual translates business needs into functional solutions, drives process improvements, and supports the planning, design, testing, deployment, and adoption of Digital Thread initiatives. The role helps ensure data integrity, configuration management, and end-to-end traceability across enterprise systems while improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs that improve business processes and user adoption. Support business process design, requirements traceability, and solution validation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Digital Thread initiatives spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, PLM, MES, MRO, Inventory, and ERP platforms. Participate in project planning, effort estimation, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation support. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful solution adoption. Provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training as needed. Build strong relationships with business partners and recommend technology solutions that support strategic objectives. Develop reports, metrics, and data insights to support operational and business decision-making. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and IT standards. Pursue continuous learning and support other projects and initiatives as assigned. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in Information Systems or related field. 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise business applications. 5+ years of experience with ERP platforms; Oracle experience preferred. 3+ years of experience with business requirements gathering process modeling, testing, and documentation tools. Extensive experience supporting PLM, Engineering, Manufacturing, MES, MRO, Inventory Management, and related business processes. Extensive experience integrating enterprise applications and working with Oracle and SQL-based databases. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of SQL and basic programming concepts. Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Box, and OneDrive. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and implement system enhancements. Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and client/server architecture preferred. Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #LI-RC1 The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $112,157.00-$162,662.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
