Job Description
Erply develops retail software used by businesses ranging from single-store retailers to enterprise chains. Our platform includes POS, inventory, warehouse management, purchasing, eCommerce, promotions, and mobile applications. We're looking for someone to lead customer implementations after the sale and help customers successfully adopt our platform. You'll work directly with customers, developers, QA, and support to keep projects moving, solve problems, and get customers live as quickly as possible. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys technology, likes working with customers, and wants real ownership. What You'll Do Lead software implementations from kickoff through go-live. Build project plans with milestones, timelines, owners, and target go-live dates. Lead customer meetings, product demos, discovery sessions, and weekly status calls. Document meeting notes, action items, and follow up to keep projects moving. Learn how customers operate and recommend standard workflows using our platform. Coordinate developers, QA, support, and customer teams throughout the project. Gather business requirements and write development tickets when new functionality or integrations are required. Test new functionality and coordinate customer validation before release. Continue working with key customers as they adopt new products, integrations, and features. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable leading customer meetings. Technical enough to understand software and communicate with engineers. Curious, proactive, and able to learn quickly. Someone who takes ownership and follows through. Comfortable managing multiple customer projects at the same time. Experience with software implementations, SaaS, retail technology, ERP, POS, eCommerce, or business software is a plus. Technical skills that are a plus: APIs
