Location Douglas Road Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 64299.44 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 113192.60 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field. Two years of professional administrative experience in the legal conveyance of new facilities to a government agency and/or experience in establishing and activating new utility services for business and residential customers is required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes The incumbent in this position will be responsible for overseeing the conveyance process and managing compliance throughout land development and permitting phases through final activation of utility services. This position will be tasked with verifying compliance with applicable SOP, Points of Connection, Department requirement, and maintaining project information in the Trimble project management system. This position entails reviewing original legal documents and opinions of Title, managing the financial and administrative process of utility oversizing packages and related refunds, reviewing engineering plans and as-builts, and monitoring permitting, connection agreements, and construction contracts to ensure compliance.
