Job Responsibilities As part of our Sales Team, you will play a key role in the growth of our business. You will collect, organize, prepare, and analyze the data that drives our strategy. You will manage the details of our customer set-ups and data provided to the customers. You will directly take care of our presence on customer websites. You will collaborate with sales team and our senior management to achieve our goals and objectives for increased sales and market-share. Your specific areas of responsibility will include:

• Analyze sales performance and trends to identify growth opportunities and gaps
• Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate performance trends and actionable insights.
• Conduct advanced analyses to provide recommendations to other members of sales team as well as top management, utilizing various reports and data sources.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses within strict deadlines, as outlined by the sales management.
• Develop and implement best practices for reporting, taking responsibility for updating reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through automation, self-service analytics tools, and training
• Champion data quality, consistency, and efficiency in analytics reporting
• Examine ROI, pricing, margin, costs, promotions and make specific recommendations for increase efficiency and profitability.
• Create, Edit, Upload and Manage images and product content on customer websites.
• Manage data within customer portals.
• Participate in strategic planning and forecasting.

It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability work in a multi-cultural team environment. Additional qualifications for the role include:

• Expert / Master level of Microsoft Excel (Must Have. Able to build Macros / VB programming to be applied within excel. Will be tested upon day of interview before interview starts)
• 3+ years of experience working with complex datasets (Must have).
• BA degree or higher in business, economics, statistics, or related fields.
• Proficient in data storage, reporting, and analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce) to analyze data and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights
• Familiarity with financial concepts and modeling
• Flexible and innovative .
