St. Charles, IL Position Overview - Business Applications Analyst Seeking a detail-oriented Business Applications Analyst with experience supporting enterprise business systems, application administration, and data management. This individual will serve as the primary systems partner for assigned business divisions and plant locations, ensuring the accuracy of customer, contract, product, and pricing data while providing application support, reporting, training, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity across critical business applications. Key Responsibilities - Business Applications Analyst Administer and maintain customer accounts, contacts, locations, products, pricing, and related data within enterprise business applications. Support contract implementations, renewals, and amendments by translating contract terms into accurate system configurations and pricing structures. Execute scheduled and ad hoc pricing updates, including CPI and operational price increases, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for business application support across assigned divisions and plant locations. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user requests, and support tickets while coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners. Manage user access, system permissions, and customer web portal accounts. Develop and maintain reports that support business operations, pricing reviews, account management, and data validation activities. Perform data audits and validation activities to identify and correct data quality issues before impacting billing or customer operations. Conduct end-user training on system functionality, enhancements, and standardized business processes. Participate in software upgrades, enhancements, implementations, testing, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications - Business Applications Analyst Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in Business Applications Support, Systems Administration, Application Support, ERP Support, or a related role. Experience supporting enterprise business applications such as ERP, billing, service management, or operational systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, ticket-driven support environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business users, leadership teams, vendors, and customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications - Business Applications Analyst Experience with ABSSolute, LinenMaster, or other linen/textile industry software platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, data conversions, and business process improvement initiatives.
