Qualifications:

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/21/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/21/2026. GS-12 : You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Conducting studies, analyzing findings, and making recommendations on program operations; Preparing and presenting findings to upper level management; Researching and investigating new or improved business practices to determine the impact on program operations; Providing technical assistance through gathering data, advising on regulation and/or policy, and support to management on a variety of matters relating to program operations. GS-13 : You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Establishing and carrying out specific action plans for accomplishing short and long term goals and objectives; Participating in the development and monitoring studies involving performance measurement data to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and recommend improvements in program administration; Participating in the development and execution of projects and studies that address challenging topics involving a variety of internal and external stakeholders; Managing projects and initiatives, and leading project teams.
