Job Description

Our client is seeking a

  • Lending Operations Delivery Manager (CB-COO) Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent
  • to support lending capabilities within wholesale operations.

If you enjoy turning complex operational needs into clear plans, aligning teams around delivery milestones, and ensuring enhancements are ready for real-world use, this role is built for you. As the Lending Operations Delivery Manager, you'll lead project teams through the full project life cycle, coordinate operational readiness activities, and communicate progress and risks to leadership.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Lead lending operations project teams and manage activities across the project life cycle for Lending Operations initiatives.

+ Facilitate project meetings to drive decisions, track action items, and keep delivery on schedule.

+ Manage enhancements by assessing how changes may impact Operations and coordinating readiness activities.

+ Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations.

+ Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to identify solutions and remove delivery blockers.

  • What's Needed?
  • + 5+ years of project or product delivery experience managing timelines, issues, and enhancements (Agile environment preferred).

+ Strong ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues effectively.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills to coordinate across teams and communicate with leadership.

+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.

+ Ability to quickly re-prioritize in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
