As an Management and Program Analyst , you will perform data analysis and quantitative research to provide critical and timely information to Asylum Division leadership and stakeholders that will inform process improvements and management of the Division's workload and goals.

Qualifications:

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. GS-13 : You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Recommending improvements to immigration program support areas; Performing data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of immigration processes; Communicating new and updated policies or directives to leadership or other partners.
