Responsibilities The Business Analyst will support Belvista Software's mission through completion of a variety of support tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that they are clear, complete, and accurate. Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and use cases. Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring that they align with stakeholder needs and organizational goals. Participate in user acceptance testing, ensuring that business requirements are met and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Experience Our primary focus for this role is an individual who is detail-oriented with a passion for business analysis and a proven track record of success.

Additional Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
