Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support reporting, data management, SAP administration, and process documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills and 0-3 years of analytical or operational experience. Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze and maintain data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

+ Create, review, and distribute operational reports.

+ Execute Excel macros and perform system updates.

+ Process user access requests and role mapping activities.

+ Support SAP data cleanup and data quality initiatives.

+ Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and job aids.

+ Maintain records, tracking logs, and toll account information. Required Qualifications

+ Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field. + 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or reporting.

+ Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and macros.

+ Experience working with large datasets and databases.

+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

+ SAP or ERP experience.

+ Process documentation and SOP creation.

+ Data cleanup, reporting, or operational support experience. Top Skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $31.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
