Full Job Description Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Case Manager. Currently, we are specifically looking for a Case Manager who is fluent in English and Chinese. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, investigating and organizing assigned cases under attorney supervision.

Duties :

• Maintain case files (no more than 50) and ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and organized
• Interview clients to gather information relevant to their cases
• Write and send out legal letters, etc.
• Keep clients updated on their cases
• Be in contact with insurance adjustors, medical providers, etc.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best settlements for clients

Experience :

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, including direct client communication and customer service
• Proficiency in proofreading and writing legal letters
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay :

$23.00
