Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a data analyst supporting a healthcare claims environment or projects, etc. 1+ years of experience in creating and using data modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools Experience communicating complex information via phone conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external customers, internal customers and executives Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions, etc.) Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
