Full Job Description Intermediate Business Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate Business Analyst for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Richmond office. This role involves working in a dynamic and evolving business and technical environment, focusing on business analysis and process improvement. The successful candidate will contribute to governance and business management, reporting and analytics, and stakeholder engagement, supporting operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. Develop process maps, workflows, business rules, and operating frameworks. Facilitate process analysis and recommend workflow improvements. Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and policies. Conduct analysis to support management decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to peer and leadership audiences. Support change management communications and adoption activities. Manage initiatives with moderate autonomy.
Mandatory Skills:
Business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Process mapping and workflow analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and summaries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of business management and change management principles.
