Job Summary:
While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F135 program management team, providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology.
What You Will Do:
Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines. Facilitate monthly data reconciliation. Compile compliant monthly Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) approved by the Program Manager and provide to the external customer. Actively support monthly and annual Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews. Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Reviews), including timely follow-up and disposition of various internal and external data requests. Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure high quality deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with a minimum 3+ years of experience. Must be a U.S. citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
EVMS experience. Knowledge of toolsets used in P&W project management (Primavera, WebEVM, Empower, and SAP). Problem-solving initiative and knowledge of continuous improvement principles. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration. Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management. Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor. Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility. This requisition is eligible for an employee referral award. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
