Job Description

Business Analyst Job Summary Seeking a Business Analyst to support project delivery, portfolio reporting, and operational performance within a global organization. This role will leverage ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) to track projects, develop dashboards, monitor milestones and financials, and provide leadership with actionable insights into portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards for project health, milestones, timelines, KPIs, and overall portfolio performance. Manage and validate project and portfolio data within ServiceNow
SPM/ITBM
to ensure accurate reporting. Track key milestones, Original Promise Dates (OPD), schedule performance, and project delivery trends. Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement. Support financial reporting across multi-million-dollar project portfolios, including costs, forecasts, revenue, profitability, and change orders. Track and manage
RAID/RIDAC
items, including risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions. Partner with project managers, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and project execution. Develop customer-specific reporting and portfolio views to improve project visibility and transparency. Qualifications 3+ years of Business Analyst, PMO, or project portfolio experience within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a similar environment. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
SPM/ITBM.
Experience with dashboard development, KPI reporting, data analysis, and project milestone tracking. Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to understand high-level engineering timelines and their impact on schedules and SLAs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. ServiceNow CSA/CIS-PPM, PMP, or CAPM certifications are a plus.
Pay:
$40.00 - $41.50 per hour
