About the opportunity WinnCompanies is looking for a Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, TN. The Business & Reporting Analyst supports data-driven decision making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting business performance data. This role develops reports and dashboards, identifies trends, and provides insights to improve operations and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics. Analyze data and present insights to support business decisions. Gather, manage, and maintain data from multiple sources. Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting projects. Support automation and process improvements for reporting tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics. Strong skills in Excel and data analysis. Experience with SQL, Power BI, JSON, and reporting tools preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

Technical experience in Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, GIS Systems, SQL, JSON). Yardi, GIS systems, or property management/facilities experience. Familiarity with ETL processes and database management.
