IT Business Analyst -

12-month contract - can be extended We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support manufacturing IT projects. Based in Nashville, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams on solutions for facilities in Nashville, TN; Hopkinsville, KY; and Clarksville, TN. Responsibilities Gather requirements and write business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and test cases. Serve as the liaison between manufacturing stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other partners. Lead small projects or workstreams, managing scope, schedules, and costs. Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate defect resolution. Support system testing and validation, including

IQ/OQ/PQ

where applicable. Identify process gaps and help implement improved workflows. Prepare support documentation, train end users, and coordinate the handoff to IT operations after go-live. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in manufacturing. Experience writing BRDs, conducting UAT, and leading small projects. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with manufacturing systems or regulated environments is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
