Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify project needs and objectives.
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide technical teams in solution development.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system design and implementation.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to validate system functionality and ensure requirements are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including workflows and process diagrams.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users following system implementations.
