What we're looking for: Support the Product Manager in activities related to pricing, assets optimization, product portfolio management, project pipeline management and market intelligence. Provide reports, analysis and guidance that helps both the Manager and other areas in decision making processes, aiming to improve Indovinya's profitability through its product lines. Essential Job Functions, Authorities and Responsibilities With Limited supervision and Much decision-making:
  • Build over time a deep knowledge of the business (Value Chain, Market, main Segments, Competitors, Internal Structures, long-term Strategy) and a strong internal network to influence and guide decision making in multiple topics.
  • Provide pricing targets, min/max and strategy for Sales and Procurement to support negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage projects across multiple functional groups, with sense of priority and leadership.
  • Analyze market movements (Feedstocks, Competitors, Consumers' Trends, etc.) to anticipate impacts for Indovinya and provide suggestions or orientation on internal movements to adapt to the market needs/context.
  • Identify the trend of demand and supply balance and advocate appropriate approaches to existing capacity.
  • Prepare business models to evaluate the profitability of a product or an investment in the sites or a change in process etc.
  • Calculate costs and margins per product and evaluate possibilities to maximize the company's results.
Education / Experience
/ Skills Requirement s
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Product management, Finance, or Supply Chain. Experience with the Chemicals is a plus.
