Supply Chain Management Full Job Description Procurement Analyst I Location:
Phoenix, AZ Type:
Short term contract that ends 12/17/26 with the possibility of an extension.
Schedule:
4/40, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Overtime:
Expected Job Summary We are seeking a Procurement Analyst I to support purchasing and supply chain activities. This role will monitor purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies to ensure materials are received accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Monitor and expedite open purchase orders and delivery schedules. Communicate with suppliers regarding PO acknowledgements, changes, and delivery commitments. Identify and escalate potential delays or material shortages. Investigate and resolve purchase order and receiving discrepancies involving quantity, pricing, part numbers, and documentation. Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Quality, Planning, and Production teams. Track order status and supplier performance. Maintain accurate procurement records and support timely issue resolution. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management; or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Understanding of procurement processes and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Background check and drug screen required. No travel or security clearance required.
