English and Chinese Job description includes (but not limited to): Develop items forecast based on historical sales and recent market trends and place the PO to the vendors. Continuously negotiate and compare pricing and lead times from vendors to obtain the lowest prices while maintaining quality standards Implement rebate/incentive programs with suppliers that are linked to annual volumes as well as payment terms Manage transportation costs and focus on reducing total landed cost Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy, maintain in-stock levels, minimize lost sales, and maximize inventory turnover rate. Respond to other teams' inquiry requests, conduct inventory analysis and determine replenishment qty to deliver better fill rates Effectively manage supplier performance by conducting routine supplier business reviews Work custom brokers to ensure timely delivery of all customs and shipping documents Post daily inbound shipment receiving for domestically sourced and imported products Check on-hand inventory BBD info, PO and FIFO and verify cycle count discrepancies between data activities and counting result Coordinate direct shipment & new product development with the Sales/NPD team. Coordinate with Safety team for the items with FDA Hold or Lab Testing requested and importing permits renewal Up to 10% travel Desired qualification and experience: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields, strong mathematical and statistical knowledge At least 3-5 years' experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Purchasing / Inventory Control role. Ability to speak and write Chinese Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills along with and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team, capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially on MS Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical Salary Compensation is based on experience.
