Provides support to planner and buyers. Responsibilities Applies subject matter knowledge. Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for purchasing the services and supplies necessary for the organisation's operations. Activities include sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers and vendors, negotiating supply contracts, and monitoring the quality and timeliness of materials and services supplied.
