CONTACT:
Please submit an online application Part-time Procurement Coordinator Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain Vendor database/add New vendors Manage Amazon account Obtain order confirmations and inform end user of any back order, discontinued item information etc. Works closely with Accounts Payable to update supplier information, PO change orders, etc. Contributes to the department operations ongoing training, internal communications and work related initiatives. Work closely with Director to establish and implement procedures to create more efficient work flow Process PO's and place daily orders following operational guidelines/back up basis Various other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years related experience. Candidates must have superior "outside the box" thinking and can work independently, in a dynamic, fast paced active environment with strong problem solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft or other related ERP's preferred.
Skills:
Impeccable math, organizational and communication skills both verbally and written are required. Ability to work independently and successfully meet deadlines. A team player that possesses Strong follow up skills is required.
Salary Range:
$23-$25 per hour
