Job Description

A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor management, purchase orders, and procurement processes. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure purchases are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate has experience working with Workday Procurement , strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice-related inquiries. Process and monitor purchasing requests through Workday Procurement. Review purchase requests for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding orders, pricing, delivery, and payment issues. Maintain accurate vendor, purchasing, and procurement records. Assist with vendor onboarding, documentation, and maintenance. Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding items. Partner with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. Prepare procurement reports and assist with spend analysis and process improvements. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or a related function. Hands-on experience with Workday Procurement (preferred). Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-through.
Pay:
$45.00 - $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
