Electrical, automation and instrumentation experience a plus!! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing/ Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. Must be highly motivated, a team player, highly organized and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. Responsibilities Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment of stock. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and purchasing materials. Purchase and maintain Inventory - Transfer Inventory, Maintain Accurate Inventory Counts, Maintain base level of standard items Allocate material for panel builds- Stocking and Organizing build bins for each job Assemble and Transfer Material in Sage Maintain Accurate BOM's for each job Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain control and accuracy. Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery. Communicate with receiver and provide tracking information Acquire pricing for quotes / new builds Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance efficiency. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing performance and compliance. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and propose improvements. Skills Strong knowledge of procurement management, including sourcing and purchasing strategies. Solid understanding of supply chain management principles. Experience in inventory control processes and methodologies. Ability to manage logistics effectively within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills to assess data related to inventory levels and supply chain performance. Effective communication skills for vendor management and collaboration across departments.
