Join a fast-paced procurement and operations environment supporting a highly visible technology and infrastructure organization. This role offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, sourcing, and vendor management teams to help drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth procurement processes across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, maintenance, and closure activities across multiple vendors and programs Monitor and resolve invoices on hold by partnering with finance, accounts payable, and suppliers to ensure timely payment processing Support vendor onboarding activities, including documentation collection, system setup, and coordination with internal compliance processes Track procurement metrics, maintain accurate records, and provide status updates to stakeholders Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, and operational teams to identify and resolve procurement-related issues Utilize procurement and workflow management tools to support day-to-day operations and reporting Help improve procurement processes and contribute to operational best practicesKEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Experience managing purchase orders (POs) and procurement operations Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and invoices on hold in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting vendor onboarding and supplier coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersNICE TO HAVES
