Work Model:

On-Site What You Will Do:

Build and foster supplier partnerships, lead RFQ processes, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective, quality, and timely deliveries Analyze market trends and raw material costs to anticipate pricing shifts and mitigate supply risks Execute procurement activities, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and support inventory and process improvement initiatives What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

2-6 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and data analysis skills Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives Ability to analyze market trends and raw material pricing fluctuations Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP (preferred) Support for inventory management activities including cycle counts Commitment to continuous process improvement within procurement
