We are seeking a motivated and supportive Paraprofessional to assist students in cross- categorical settings within a school environment. This role focuses on helping students with diverse learning needs, including behavioral challenges and developmental differences, to enhance their academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities Support students with behavior management, transitions, and daily routines Help reinforce IEP goals and accommodations Monitor student progress and communicate updates with school staff Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other support staff

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral or learning needs is a plus Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Paraprofessional certification or higher education required
