Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and mission. Lead and oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient management of resources, programs, and services. Cultivate strong relationships with board members, partners, and community stakeholders to support organizational growth and sustainability. Provide visionary leadership to senior management teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability. Drive business development initiatives including increasing memberships and sponsorships, marketing strategies, and revenue-generating opportunities. Manage organizational finances by overseeing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility across all departments. Represent the organization publicly at events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance visibility and influence within the community. Requirements Demonstrated experience in corporate strategy development or nonprofit strategic management with a strong record of leadership success. Proven expertise in executive-level team management, including supervising senior staff and fostering high-performance teams. Strong background in business management with skills in operational oversight, financial stewardship, and organizational development. Experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations or business development initiatives that support growth objectives. Knowledge of marketing principles combined with strategic planning capabilities to expand organizational reach. Exceptional collaboration skills with board members, stakeholders, and community partners to align efforts toward shared goals. Ability to navigate complex operational environments while maintaining focus on mission-driven outcomes. $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
