This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader with experience managing behavioral health operations, developing teams, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client services. What You'll Do Provide leadership and direction across day-to-day program operations. Support department leaders and promote effective collaboration across teams. Help ensure organizational practices meet applicable regulatory and quality standards. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. Assist with staffing, employee performance, and leadership development. Collaborate with clinical, medical, administrative, and support teams. Promote a safe, professional, and client-centered environment. Support quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory readiness. Represent organizational leadership when working with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives. Perform additional leadership responsibilities based on organizational needs. What We're Looking For Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience within behavioral health or a related healthcare environment. Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operations. Knowledge of behavioral health regulatory and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound independent decisions. Experience collaborating across multiple departments and professional disciplines. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous senior leadership experience within behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment. Familiarity with Arizona behavioral health regulations. Experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field. Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and recovery-oriented services.
