Job Summary Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Program Operations Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our housing programs. HFHI, HFH NYS, HUD, OSHA, NYS

HCR and other funding sources. This position works with all departments to coordinate efforts and achieve affiliate goals. The Program Operations Manager is a creative problem solver who is committed to, and enthusiastic about, the mission of Ulster County Habitat for Humanity. Responsibilities Oversee and manage affiliate operations, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner Lead the Homeownership department, supporting potential Habitat homeowners from application through closing, including program outreach and Homebuyer Education. Provide support and leadership to the finance, construction, and development departments, as well as the Habitat ReStore implementing policies, plans and directives, and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer on all fiscal, construction, homeowner, and HR matters. Serve as a resource to the Chief Executive Officer on strategic development, planning, budgeting, and programming Implement policies to ensure compliance with HR regulations, including discrimination, safety, and labor laws, pay equity, and data security initiatives. Manage HR operations and streamlines core processes including onboarding, hiring, terminations, rewards, and timekeeping. Prepare and drafts Affiliate policies in partnership Habitat for Humanity International and Chief Executive Officer Oversee and implement training and professional development programs to enhance the affiliate's employees' skills and productivity. Oversee risk management and implement policies to mitigate potential threats Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed Write and/or review operational grant applications and ensures grant compliance Provide support, leadership, and administrative oversight to all operational contracted parties. $65,000.00 per year
