Job Description

Role:
Leads the regional Retirement Operations team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of retirement programs, supporting a positive associate experience and business outcomes. Oversees day-to-day management of 401(k), nonqualified plans, pension, and stock programs across the region.
Responsibilities:
Manage plan administration, filings, disclosures, and participant communications for retirement plans. Maintain stakeholder relationships, monitor vendor performance, and ensure service excellence. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to evaluate and improve plan operations and design. Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Make operational decisions based on data and controls, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Align team activities with regional and organizational strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Four-year degree required. 7-10 years of experience in retirement operations, benefits administration, or total rewards, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and fiduciary concepts related to retirement plans. Experience with HR, payroll, recordkeeping, and vendor systems integration. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
