Repair Technician Direct Hire Opportunity 2nd shift 11:30am-8pm or 4pm-12:30am Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems, working with their hands, and learning new skills in a technical environment. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair a variety of industrial tools and equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and testing equipment. Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment and components. Research solutions and identify replacement parts when needed. Read and follow technical instructions, schematics, and repair procedures. Document completed repairs and maintain accurate service records. Prioritize work assignments and manage repair projects independently. Support team goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area. What We're Looking For Previous experience repairing equipment, tools, machinery, or related products. Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and components. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Comfortable reading technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and repair instructions. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment and technologies. Preferred Background Experience with industrial maintenance, equipment repair, electronics, calibration, aviation, military technical roles, automotive repair, or related technical fields. Associate degree, technical training, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience. Why Join Us? Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
