Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in food handling Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Friday and Saturday night availability is required.
