Salary Range:

Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or agency operations. Strong leadership background with a history of developing others. Deep familiarity with the Saint Albans City business landscape. Excellent public speaking and networking abilities. Proficiency in managing agency management systems and financial reporting. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Responsibilities Lead and inspire the local team to achieve our growth and service goals. Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase our presence in the Saint Albans City market. Build meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and community members. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff to foster professional growth. Manage carrier relationships and maintain compliance with all state regulations. Review financial performance regularly and adjust operational tactics as needed.
