Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the multiple stores. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. Analyze financial data and develop reports to inform management decisions. Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor customer feedback and adjust operations accordingly.
